Each of my pieces are handmade and can come with some quirky and unique flaws. That's why I can not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to me [email protected] with details of your mug.
I will work out the best solution for you! If the piece arrives shattered, I will issue a 100% refund, or I'll make you another piece which I'll resend to you once I have finished it.
